OUR BLOOM POLICY

CANCELATIONS

We kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

-Extension Services: 1 week (7 days) notice required

-Color Services: 48 hours’ notice required

-Blowouts & Haircuts: 24 hours’ notice required

Cancelations made before the notice window are complimentary. If canceled within the notice window, a 50% fee is incurred. The day of, or no shows will result in a full serve charge (100%).

LATE ARRIVALS

Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late without communication will be considered a no-show.

Clients who communicate in advance may arrive up to 15 minutes late; however, services may be shortened to stay on schedule.

Late arrivals beyond these limits will result in cancellation and a late fee, or payment towards a future service.

CREDIT CARD ON FILE

To ensure the highest level of service and to protect our artists’ time, a valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. All clients must have a card securely stored on file prior to booking.

The card on file will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policies, should they apply.

Credit card information may be securely provided through our website or over the phone at the time of booking.

REFUNDS

All product sales are final. We are happy to offer exchanges only on unused products within our stated guidelines.

Services rendered are non-refundable. If an adjustment is needed, a follow-up appointment with your original stylist may be accommodated to ensure the best possible result.

SOCIAL MEDIA

No Automatic Discounts for Social Media Posts
Clients appearing in TikToks, reels, or other social media content during their visit are not eligible for discounts on their service unless a special arrangement has been made prior to the appointment.

Prior Agreements Only
Any collaboration or promotional discount must be approved in advance by the salon management. Verbal or post-appointment requests cannot be applied retroactively.

CHILDREN/PETS

To preserve a peaceful, elevated salon atmosphere and to ensure each client receives our full attention, we kindly ask that all guests review the following:

-Children under 6 months are permitted during appointments. Prior notice is required for any child attending an appointment.

-Pets must receive prior approval from the stylist before attending an appointment.

These guidelines allow us to maintain a calm environment and give every client the focused, attentive service they deserve. Thank you for your understanding.

POST APPOINTMENT HAIR CARE

While we take every measure to ensure your hair looks and feels its best during your appointment, we are not responsible for how hair is cared for after leaving the salon. Clients are responsible for the ongoing health and maintenance of their hair following their visit.

This ensures you understand that our focus is on providing expert service during your appointment, and long-term hair care is in your hands.

HAIR ADJUSTMENTS

Hair adjustments are only accepted within 10 days of the original appointment. Requests made after this time will not be accommodated.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards may be used toward services and retail products. Gift cards may not be applied toward hair extension deposits.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
